I know everyone told you it's possible, but no one told you HOW.
feeling confident, competent, and ready to crush your career as a BCBA in your ideal setting.
I get it - you're tired of just "going through the motions" during your fieldwork experience
without actually learning anything.
You want to learn how to apply the science to your niche area of interest.
that specializes in supervision outside of the "traditional" home or clinic setting.
You name the setting, we provide the supervision.
The BACB explicitly states...
A client is "any person (or group of people) for whom behavior-analytic services are appropriate," and no, they do not have to have an autism diagnosis.
The problem is not your current place of work, the problem is there are not enough BCBAs who have the knowledge and expertise to supervisee BCBA trainees outside the realm of autism and developmental disabilities.
That's why you came to the right place.

Hi! My name is Erin Guiffre. I was introduced to the world of special education when I babysat for families with children with varying special needs in 2010 while I was completing my undergraduate degree at George Mason University. My love for ABA grew as I worked as a Behavior Technician for an in-home and clinic based agency while completing my BCaBA coursework. I received my Masters in Social Work along with my Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University in 2014. Currently, I hold an active BCBA, LBA, LCSW licenses in the state of Virginia, Maryland, Nebraska, and Florida.
I have worked with a wide range of clients abilities and ages with my primary experience being with individuals ages 1-60. I have worked in both clinic and in-home settings. My passion areas are working with individuals who are dually diagnosed, teaching community safety behaviors to include comprehensive sex education, and emotional regulation/self regulation, ACT, and providing/practicing from a neurodiverse and gender affirming perspective. Additionally, I am passionate about collaborating and providing trainings to reduce provider burnout and bridging the gap between ABA and Social Work professionals.
In my free time I love to run, read, travel, teach, mentor, and spend time with my family (two children, spouse, and two dogs!).

"I reached out to Sarah as a burnt out RBT trying to find a more sustainable career for myself. Sarah’s passion and knowledge for the field of ABA and its application in health sports and fitness shows in all her work! During our supervision, she broke down different principles, helped me think critically, and understand how to make different concepts behavior analytic. It opened my eyes to how versatile the principles of ABA are and how they have the ability to be utilized in so many different fields. She gave me the confidence to leave the field and pursue a personal training certification.
I am now working as a personal trainer loving what I am doing and not feeling the burn out I felt working at a traditional ABA company. I am also looking forward to pursuing a health coaching certification and am working toward becoming an intuitive eating counselor.
If it was not for working with Sarah I would not be where I am today!"

Or like Jenna who had a special interest in health coaching. ✨
"Before working with Sarah, I honestly did not even know if I wanted to keep pursuing my hours. I was feeling unmotivated and unfilled. After I did my initial phone chat with Sarah I felt an instant shift.
Her supervision and everything it included far exceeded my expectations. I am forever grateful for her ability to reignite my spark for the field and open my eyes to all the ways applied behavior analysis can be utilized."
