Delegate tasks when possible, both in your personal and professional life.
Feel a sense of calm and peace knowing you have the ability to confidently and professionally express your needs.
Stop working 14 hours a day, nights, and weekends. Leave work at work so you can feel rested and refreshed.

Now that you've gained some of your time back, it's time to reconnect with your identity outside of your career.
Who are you outside of an ABA practitioner? What are your interests and passions? Relearn how to engage in activities that bring you joy, happiness, and a sense of peace.

Take a systematic and sustainable approach to change, one that leaves you feeling confident, energized, and the healthiest version of you.

Steps 3: ENERGIZE
Take a birds eye view of your overall health and wellness behavior. What areas would you like to improve now that you have more time and mental energy?
Maybe it's learning to plan balanced meals that leave you feeling both satisfied and energized.
Maybe it's creating a sleep hygiene routine so you wake up feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to tackle your day.
Maybe it's incorporating more movement into your daily routine so you feel clear headed and calm.
